Yes, TakingITGlobal can help me to achieve some of my goals; actually it has already. TIG has provided me with an outlet to express my ideas to young people worldwide. I am able to learn about other cultures by getting involved in projects. That helps me to see what other youth are doing out there. Podría decir que el hecho que he tenido que trabajar muy duro desde que era un adolescente para poder llegar a superarme como persona, también podría decir que el hecho de ser bisexual y haber sido objeto de un sin fin de burlas y agresiones; o tal ves por vivir en carne propia los estrago que hace el VIH en una sociedad ignorante. I am inspired by Youth, by Voice, and by people who care. I am also inspired by the beauty of the world, which I think consists of nature, of art and of community. I am involved in theatre, and literature: I was recently published in a book about Indigenous identity, the environment, and co-habitation and communication between Indigenous peoples and French Canadians in Québec. As a younger person I was involved in voicing youth perspectives on politics in Canada and the environment. ( read more)
